All too often most of forget the fact that no matter what we are involved in whether it is business or athletics or even just growing a family that there is a team involved. Instead we take on the responsibility and attempt to carry the burden by ourselves. It could be the result of an oversized ego or sense of self importance but more often than not is the result of a sense of ownership and wanting to control our own destiny. Michael Jordan excelled in the final minutes of games and always wanted to be the guy taking the last shot yet he won a championship by finding Steve Kerr open to take the last shot. While Jordan was great he never won a championship until he was surrounded by teammates who could take some of the pressure off of him. No matter what endeavor we attempt in life there are people who are willing and able to help us.. Most of the time we just need to have the courage to ask for the help and acknowledge that all of us are better when .we are supported by a team. Decisions that are reached collaboratively are generally better than those decided by one person. Grow your team rely on others and nothing is impossible.
