A great quote from the former president of Liberia. We all grow when we strive to improve our current status and it is essential that we continually work to improve ourselves. We should set the bar high and strive for what might seem impossible rather than settle for things that we are already accomplished at. All innovations and all the great advancements over time were the result of people taking uncomfortable action and great risks to advance the state of the world around them. If Thomas Edison did not dream big we might still be working by candlelight. If the Wright brothers did not we would still be traveling by ship to foreign lands. We too must dare to have big dreams that exceed our current capacity. We cannot let the fear of failure or the fear of rejection derail our dreams and limit our impact. All of us are capable of greatness and if we can cast aside our limiting beliefs we can achieve that which we set our minds to. Dream big, take uncomfortable action and make a huge impact on the world.
