Services also include a motivational support group for home-based entrepreneurs who are launching their encore careers; mentoring, coaching, and facilitation sessions; individual and team approaches; and a variety of activities that reinforce business acumen and personal growth.  CCRA has been certified by Virginia as a Small, Women, Minority (SWaM) owned business.

CC Robinson & Associates, LLC (CCRA) was founded in 2012 by Carol C. Robinson as a means to provide coaching, education, and facilatation services to leaders.  Her certifications include Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), Team Coaching (Global Team Coaching Institute), and EQ-i 2.0 (Mulit-Health Systems, Inc.). As a service to entrepreneus, Robinson facilitates multiple group sessions focused on hot topics and a quarterly e-newsletter.

During her research of the entrepreneurial world, Robinson came to realize that "going it alone" was one of the main causes for new entrepreneurs to fail. At that juncture, Robinson launched a new arm of CCRA in 2015 to offer a landing place for Associates, those who aspire to have their own encore careers as entrepreneurs with home-based businesses.  To encourage success, Associates work together to support growth as entrepreneurs, to develop as thought leaders in their industries, to hone networking and presentations skills, and understand the mechanics of owning a business. Using a syergistic approach, Associates marshal their backgrounds, experiences, and skills to grow as mentors, coaches, consultants, and trainers, resulting in programs for their clients ranging from individual coaching and mentoring sessions to roundtable meetings to on-line courses to mastermind advisories. Those who are making transitions to second or encore careers will find CC Robinson & Associates, LLC, of motivational value and support in their move forward.
